DELIVERY
Delivery is usually Mon to Fri. IMPORTANT: Please check your contact number is up-to-the-minute before checking out. We cannot arrange any delivery without a valid contact number.
All items are dispatched and delivered within 5 working days. Small items will be delivered by parcel couriers direct to your door and larger items will arrive as a road-side delivery, you may wish to assist unloading the delivery.
RETURNS
In case you are unhappy with your product simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery to organise a full refund. It is important to pay for your products to be collected by our couriers. Your refund will be processed upon delivery and inspection of the returned item. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transport; you’ll be able to wish to contact us within 24 hours. It’s a must to check your delivery on arrival; as the courier will ask you to sign a delivery form stating your items were received in the correct condition. All reports of damage and photographs will have to be sent through to us.
